Vodafone approached Skinny with a problem - what they called a ‘leaking bucket’ - meaning that the company had a constant flow of incoming customers, but at the same time had customers leaving. Skinny acknowledged that Vodafone, as a mobile network operator, could not compete with companies such as Apple and Nokia. Our solution was Vodafone 360 (working title: Now Plus), a service that brings the user's world together, taking Vodafone into the hardware production of the phone industry. Our work included the full concept of the 360 service and design of the interface. Along with Great Works, we developed a micro site promoting the new service through local 'heroes' relevant to each European market. The site is now closed.
